i am living in Bulgaria and i have an iphone 16. Event though i upgraded to the ios 18.4 i still don’t have Apple intelligence. Why is that happening and when am i going to get it ?

Apple Intelligence is not yet available in Bulgarian. Make sure your iPhone is set to English as Display and Siri language or one of other currently supported languages.

Why is Apple Intelligence not available on my iPhone 16 even after updating to iOS 18.4?
