Apple Intelligence missing after iOS 18.2 update on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I purchased a CH/A model of iphone 15 pro max. I changed my region and siri language to US when ios 18.1 was released. After it showed in siri ai but when I clicked it disappeared. Now with update of 18.2 I also changed my app store to us but ai still doesn’t show. But when I search ai in settings search bar it shows everything thing related to ai. But when I click enable chatgpt or any option related to ai nothing happens iphone stays in search bar. Can someone please share their thoughts if they faced the same issue and how did they solve it? And yes I have reviewed the link how to get Apple Intelligence but it doesn’t solve my issue.

There has not been a CH/A model phone that has allowed the additional AI features yet. It makes no difference what language/region is used on your device. That model is intended for China distribution and China has not authorized the use of those features yet for devices that are manufactured to be sold there.

Do you meet all the qualifications: What country/region are you in? Where was the phone originally purchased? What language is it set to?
