I had bought my phone in china, and now have ios 18.4 and United States in Apple ID and in my phone settings. Why I don’t have apple intelligence

still doesn't appear when changing region.
Some support for the “Chinese (Simplified)” language is available, but that is for phones purchased outside mainland China.

When you open Settings > General > About > Model, does it end in CH/A? If it does, Apple Intelligence is still not available on phones manufactured for the China Markets.
Apple Intelligence will not currently work for supported devices purchased in China mainland.
