How do I get Apple Intelligence on my iPhone 16e?

I’m beyond frustrated with my iPhone 16e. When I bought it a couple of months ago, I was excited about the promises Apple made—especially the much-hyped Apple Intelligence and the enhanced Siri with large language model (LLM) capabilities. But here I am, months later, and none of these features seem to exist on my device. Every month, there’s another delay, and I’m starting to feel like I was misled by the marketing.

The enhanced Siri was supposed to be a game-changer, but I can’t find any sign of it on my iPhone 16e. Has anyone else managed to access these features? Or is this just another case of overpromising and underdelivering?

I’m also wondering about Apple’s return policy. I’ve had the phone since it launched, but it’s not delivering on the functionality I bought it for. Does anyone know if the Apple Store allows returns after a couple of months? I feel like I paid for something that doesn’t exist yet, and I’m seriously considering my options.

If anyone has advice on how to get Apple Intelligence working—or if it’s even available yet—please let me know. Otherwise, can I return my iPhone 16e to the Apple Store even though I've had it since it launched?
