Unable to access Apple Intelligence on iPhone 16 Pro Max after updating to iOS 18.3.1

I have 16pro max .updated 18.3.1 u.s region and u.s English but still I can’t see Apple intelligence . I try everything with Siri and with other account but still I can’t get Apple intelligence. Help me with its pin pack phone

Apple Intelligence not working on my iPhone 16 after iOS 18.4.1 update I’ve just got my new iPhone 16 and just recently updated to iOS 18.4.1. The apple intelligence is not working and it’s using the old siri. It keeps saying download support, where should I download this? and I keep opening the AI (apple intelligence) in the settings and I’ve already turned it on but still doesn’t working; I even restart/reboot the phone.
