Not able to access Apple Intelligence features, after updating to iOS 18.2 on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

Same problem. Basically, Support just said I had to wait…for what, I’m not at all sure. Support found no problems with my settings or storage, but did suggest I delete my VPN. in fact, I’ve never had VPN issue with downloads/updates. Very confused.

True enough to be true. I talked to four different techs snd none really seemed to know what exactly was going on, and none could point to a specific solution. All were suggesting options just to see if they actually worked. Personally, I’d rather see a grand slam solution.

Same problem here ! I was able to use AI before in beta version with some bugs such as photo capture AI and others bugs in my notifications centre caused because of beta version!

I was really waiting for new updates as I regret to use Beta versions !

with the new update no Ai works anymore, but all other issues are resolved!

I rather wait for Apple to fix this bug and don’t have AI to have to use Beta versions again!

when you using beta version, you sign to have own responsibility over problems on your phone and you phone might no get cover for some problems!

Did anyone wipe the iPad and restore from iCloud backup help downloading support to work/complete? Or it wIll work as before in 18.1 Beta (could be the last version)?

Ever since the 18.2 update and I have been to the store-And I agree, Technicians/geniuses are not aware of what’s going on in Cupertino

And my products have been evaluated. I have a 15 pro and AirPods pro

Siri doesn’t always sync and yes, we all know the troubleshooting we’re supposed to do so no need to suggest that and iTunes continually disconnects

They don’t seem to have an answer. Does anyone else does anyone in Cupertino Know of an update that’s coming to help with this

Hi, so I’m trying to let my iOS 18.2 work but it doesn’t work and I heard a lot of things that it will only use and the newer version iPads and the newer version phones like for example iPhone 16 to an iPhone 15 but like why

Thanks for your response. I can report that I am getting some of the AI back, the less complex. It is literally trickling in, like maple syrup in February.

Same, as reported in a different post. Apple techs were puzzled and I sent in the feedback. Hopefully they come out with an incremental to fix this one.

I'm not quite sure it's worth going to all that trouble for me. I guess I'll wait for either 18.2.1 or 18.3 and see if it comes back and, if not, then try wiping the phone as an option.
