Not able to access Apple Intelligence features, after updating to iOS 18.2 on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

After updating to iOS 18.2 last night I am no longer able to access any of the Apple Intelligence features. I previously had access to these from the 18.2 Developer Beta and I turned off beta updates to ensure that I could update to the stable release of 18.2. Since updating, Apple Intelligence is in a constant state of downloading and never completes. I have turned Apple Intelligence on and off, turned my phone on and off, changed siri location, region, and voice and reset my settings, but nothing has worked. Where I once had access to Genmoji, Image Playground, Siri with ChatGPT, I do not have that anymore.

Has anyone else had this issue and/or have a fix?

I have updated my MacBook and iPad and they both have access to AI just fine, however my phone which previously had access, now doesn't and won't download it. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I am based in the UK.

I figured out the solution. You need to change the language your phone is set to.

GENERAL > LANGUAGE REGION > ADD ENGLISH UNITED STATES

im from canada and the issue for me was the phone being set to English (Canada), even though I had selected English (US) under language for apple intelligence.

you need to change the language your phone operating system is associated with to (US).

I also added English (US) keyboard, as mine was set to English (Canada). I’m not sure if this also contributed to the issue, but I had to change (2) settings and Apple intelligence started worked, and I now see Gemoji.

I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro

Same problem here ! I was able to use AI before in beta version with some bugs such as photo capture AI and others bugs in my notifications centre caused because of beta version!

I was really waiting for new updates as I regret to use Beta versions !

with the new update no Ai works anymore, but all other issues are resolved!

I rather wait for Apple to fix this bug and don’t have AI to have to use Beta versions again!

when you using beta version, you sign to have own responsibility over problems on your phone and you phone might no get cover for some problems!

Ever since the 18.2 update and I have been to the store-And I agree, Technicians/geniuses are not aware of what’s going on in Cupertino

And my products have been evaluated. I have a 15 pro and AirPods pro

Siri doesn’t always sync and yes, we all know the troubleshooting we’re supposed to do so no need to suggest that and iTunes continually disconnects

They don’t seem to have an answer. Does anyone else does anyone in Cupertino Know of an update that’s coming to help with this

Thank you, and please help

It’s true us peaceful people are only irritated when it comes to Siri /iPhones
