I’m trying to cancel two subscriptions through my Apple ID settings but when clicking on the Cancel Subscription button it just refreshes without processing the cancellation. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

if it was me then I would try some of the other ways to cancel
If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
and if I still had issues then I would reach out to their support
Get Support (apple.com), Contact - Official Apple
and if I felt that the inability to cancel it had cost more another payout then maybe
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

I am also experiencing this issue. iPhone 14 pro max software v 16.5. Attempt to cancel with brief processing attempt then reverts with no action. Used both Wi-Fi/cellular. Fully charged phone. Seeing this issue more wide spread on this discussion board starting sometime June 2.
