Unable to cancel Subscriptions

I am unable to cancel any subscriptions. I just get a list of "other" choices and no cancel button. All the documentation on the apple site appears wrong here, and even the advertised Apple Support app in the Apple App store never shows up in my list. what the heck?!?

Mac mini, macOS 13.2

If you delete an app, it doesn’t cancel in-app subscriptions that you might have. While deleting an app, you might see a Cancel Subscriptions option. Learn how to cancel your subscriptions.
