cancel subscription button not working

When I go to cancel a subscription it doesn’t cancel after I select the button a little circle looks like it’s processing in the right upper corner for a second and then nothing happens, I don’t get an email confirmation of cancellation and I got charged again.

It may help to restart your device and install any system updates if you are unable to complete the steps above.
