Cancel subscription button is not working

When I go to my settings and then subscriptions, I see a subscription I want to cancel. I click it and there’s a cancel subscription button and read when I hit the cancel subscription button it turns white for second, but never does anything. Why is the button not working or verifying it is cancelled. Still showing in active
