Measure water temp on Open Water Swim

Is there a way to configure workouts on the Apple Watch (Ultra)

During open water swims I'd like to know the water temperature.

I can get that if start a "dive" but since the sensor is active by immersion, can we just get that data attached to a swim workout.

Have not tested whether I can run multiple events simultaneously... Open water swim wile diving for example.

That would be a cumbersome workaround. Better to just capture the water temp during swims.
