Cant access photos on icloud.com

I am trying to access my photos on icloud.com with a windows 11 pc. When I do it gives me the below message. I had a message come up on my iphone 12 asking for permission which i did click allow.

I haven’t been able to access my photos lately 2 days ago I could send photos, save them and just access them in general but then it started asking me for permission! I haven’t messed with the system nor have any of my family members so I cant bring myself to understand why this is all happening. Whenever it asks me for permission it doesnt show the usual ‘allow’ and ‘dont allow’ buttons but rather it tells me to go to settings but i cant seem to allow it to access the photos no matter how many ways i try! I tried privacy>photos but it told me there were no apps requesting access to the photos!! I also tried going to the camera setting, still nothing. The App settings didnt have the suitable setting for photos so there was no way to access them from there. I tried everything that others recommended but I still cant access photos! Does anyone know why this is happening or how to help me?

Hello tomdddd,

To give your photos access to iCloud, on the phone go to Settings > name at the top > iCloud > Photos and turn on Sync This iPhone. Once you've enabled that, give it a few minutes then check the iCloud website again and see if the pictures start to show up there.

If iCloud is still showing that the phone doesn't have access to iCloud for Photos after that, you'll want to contact Apple for assistance: Get Support
