Voicemail Transcribe no longer works since 16.2 update

Ever since the 16.2 update the v/m transcription no longer works

I've tried the following:

On and Off

Siri on and off

reset VM password

Made a new VM message

reset phone settings

airplane mode on and off

made sure Siri is in English (USA)


and yes - my phone provider provides the service (AT&T) and all transcripts are there prior to the new update


iPhone 12 Pro Max
