New iphone14 voice drop

Hi,

I purchased new iphone 14 few days ago from apple store. Since then, when I am talking to someone, they hear me and then suddenly they can't hear me-voice drops and they say "hello, hello" then call picks up. This happens at every call. Frustrating.

My 75 yr old mom who lives in another state, different carrier bought iphone 13 same issues. They blamed it on carrier, but my previous iphones worked in house and work , no issues. Also, my plan is 5G so that's not the issue either. Not sure what's going on with iphone 13 and 14. Is this problem fixed in pro and promax 14? Help please.
