Windows 11, purchased movies scrambled

Having issues trying to play my purchased content on my brand new Dell all-in-one PC with widows 11 installed. My iTunes movies video is digitally scrambled but audio sounds ok. This is the same for trying to stream or doing a download of the movie and trying to play. Seems this has been an issue for some people since January but there doesn't seem to be any input from Apple support on the issue or fix. Several months since Windows 11 has been out...

Hey there ninjaturtlerich, 


It sounds like you may need to check and/or change your video playback settings, following Change Playback preferences in iTunes on PC.


You should also check for iTunes updates within the Microsoft Store.


Update to the latest version of iTunes   


If you continue to have issues, you'll want to Contact Apple Support for help.
