Apple replacement is taking over 2 weeks.

My iPhone 13's battery got swollen and stopped working 2 weeks ago. I took my phone to the genius bar on June 1st and was told a battery replacement won't be possible because they can't turn my phone on. They offered a free replacement, however since my phone was not bought in the US it needed to be shipped internationally. They told me it will take time, maybe around a week? I wasn't told specifically. It's been 15 days and there's absolutely no status available. I went to the store twice as well to escalate the situation but it wasn't of any help.

Even if it is being shipped internationally there should be a shipping status, right? Is a battery replacement not possible at all? How can I escalate this situation and make the replacement faster?

Sorry, but this is a user to user only forum, not Apple Support. As users we have no information about your replacement, nor can we help you with this. You'll need to contact Apple directly for help. If you got an email with details about your replacement it should have a link to check the status or phone number. You can use the Support button at the bottom of this page too.
