Iphone 13 battery swollen

I bought an iPhone 13 on April 3 2022 from an Apple Store with serial wkh62xqr69

The device started resorting to Boot Log consistently and then the battery expanded and lead to dislocating the screen. It looked like the battery was about to explode!!!

I contacted the authorized Apple reseller in Egypt: switch plus but unfortunately they did not seem to care much about the incident.

I believe this is not a normal occurrence or incident for an Apple product, nor it is the level of after-sales service expected from an authorized reseller.

Please treat the issue with the seriousness it deserves, and advise of steps to rectify the matter a.s.a.p.

You are not contacting Apple when posting in this forum. If this occurred recently this would mean it was 2 years after purchase. At that point nothing would be done to replace your device unless you had an active AppleCare+ coverage plan. Have you actually contacted Apple Support directly?
