have iphone SE with iOS 18.4.1 - i use hearing aids with Myphonak app. the bluetooth connection seems notcto work even when it says im connected with hearing aids? my wife has same phone and when i tried same app etc itvworks fine. im baffled! Anyone help? Tried usual new batteries, turning phone off., reinstall app etc. thanks

The first thing I'd do is update my iPhone to iOS 18.5, which was released on Monday. Then I'd unpair the aids from my phone and pair them fresh. Also, do you use a VPN on your phone? VPN's often cause connectivity issues with networks and Bluetooth devices. At a minimum, if you use a VPN, turn it off. Better yet, since they aren't needed and don't provide the security people think they do, remove the VPN profile completely in Settings > General > Device Management & VPN.
Ask the app developer.

Thanks again. Did all that. “Connected” to Bluetooth, according to Bluetooth settings etc but doesn’t “work” through hearing aids. Bluetooth still fine on stereo from iPhone. Thanks for trying to help.
Just as conclusions, Apple person sorted this over the phone, which surprised (and pleased) me. I had contacted the Myphonak developer but they weren’t that helpful. Apple were and just “bypassed” the app connecting to the Right hearing aid via Bluetooth problem sorted. Obviously I’m not very good with stuff like that 🤨
