darwin remote access using dev features to mirror my Apple devices

I have been trying to stop ongoing issues with someone who has been screen recording/audio recording my devices and linking them to a virtual server. My new iPhone was cloned in November, as well as my new iPad despite having both on lockdown mode. I have replaced my devices, email addresses and phone numbers but still dealing with this problem. Filed a FCC complaint, multiple ic3 complaints and documented issues thoroughly. Have sent 70+ files to Apple’s tier 2 for review and zero response. I’m absolutely furious that I’m unable to use my own devices and having to resort to learning how to code to confirm what has happened. Worse, there’s several ppl who are posting nasty/apathetic comments denying that it’s possible to be hacked via Bluetooth signals that are essentially shadow spyware that turns every device into a surveillance tool. Anyone have any experience with mitigation efforts? I’m thinking about a class action bc of Apple’s negligence to protect consumers
