Unauthorized remote access on my iPhone 13, iPad 6, Android Phone and Surface Laptop

I know I'm setting myself up for ridicule and insulting responses but I am running out of patience and ideas to try to make my devices somehow useful to me. And please before you comment, unless you experience it you won't believe it is happening... But this is my reality. Yes, I wouldn't think I'm that special either. However, this person seemed to be obsessed with me and keeps a tab of everything I do and even where I go... tracking my every move.

Unfortunately, this person has/had access to my physical devices and manipulated the settings, including my online accounts for personal use.

Long story short, my iPhone settings keep changing right in front of my eyes as I use it. Call logs and text messages would appear and disappear. Call forwarding would be enabled. As I change and update the password and security on my online accounts, my screen changes immediately to a different screen as if it is preventing me to do it and the account will suddenly no longer be on my iPhone. And as I try to log in again, the password, security, and recovery information are no longer valid preventing me to access it. I have tried to get help from the Apple store genius bar but I was just told that NO ONE can hack Apple products and was just insulted and embarrassed in front of other people. One thing that I have noticed is that Siri, shortcuts, customized accessibility commands, and scripts are being utilized. I have tried to disable and erased some of it but it just keeps coming back and automatically runs in the background. Voice commands, keyboard shortcuts, using an overlay to cover up what's on the page, specific settings that are somehow not showing up and can't be found anywhere, and videos being edited to show half part of it just blackout or just simply deleted. The edits were done within minutes of me taking it or upon reviewing it and as soon as I noticed that I captured something I'm not supposed to. I have changed iPhones, Android Phones, Laptops, Sim cards, and carrier services but to no avail. Someone close to me is giving this person access not only to my electronic devices but also to my car and my house which I believe now has listening devices if not a spy camera. I only want recommendations on how to somehow protect my iPhone, enough for me to sign up for a new private and secure online account and conduct transactions that are mine alone. Maybe an app that monitors and logs the activity and system settings/configuration. That can also block the changes that are being made remotely. I have no proof as I don't know how to capture evidence to get this person. Please be kind in your comments and only note what might be helpful and not just opinions. I'm already grateful for whoever takes the time to read this.

Additional facts: my battery overheats fast, my iPhone is so slow, and the wifi/cell just gets disconnected and won't work at times. Contact info for a specific person and mine keeps changing... Landlines would be available for Facetime and mobile numbers won't accept calls or will suddenly show as a Voice or not available with iMessage. My previous number is somehow being used on Skype, Voice, Viber, and iPhone. My devices are showing as running on MAC IOS and/or Apple Watch on the Apple account website. There are no additional devices logged in but one and the name will still be under an old name even after I updated the device name already. Logs that show Voice Memo, Notes, Calendar, and Tasks are being used a lot even though I don't use them. Emails and Social media accounts that seemed to be under my name but have no clue about it. I accidentally logged in to a Google account I didn't know about, but the next day it says that there was no such account... Although, I somehow got the info that it might be a child account. Old accounts I have deleted now are still active but have totally different info and recovery. I'll suddenly see shortcut commands that appear to be based on what I exactly said or do as if I am being recorded. There were incidents before where safari would suddenly open up and every word I say will show in the search bar.

Yes, noted. So far there has been no physical access anymore but the damage from the previous is done. I am just looking for useful advice to help me regain a little bit of control over my online accounts and hopefully learn how to secure access a bit. Maybe installing a mobile device security management or an app that monitors device activity and system changes. Just so I can have a solid idea of what's being accessed, how often, and how to prevent it... I am able to regain access and secure some of my accounts but I am a bit slow in analyzing, figuring out, and resolving them. This person is 10x ahead of me as I don't know anything about running scripts, automating accessibility shortcuts (customized voice commands/keyboard shortcuts), embedding secret messages, and coding. This person even uses morse code in communicating using my mobile. I would find voicemail messages with just beeps and clicks. Or emails supposedly made like an official ad but includes a coded message that needs password to access. This person is using all my accounts as means to actively communicate pretending to be me so there is no track... a "shadow person," supposedly doesn't exist and I am only paranoid and delusional. That's the whole premise. I have no legal course of action as I have no tangible evidence.

Physical, hands-on access to your personal devices will obviate any technological solution. The solution is to prohibit such access, which is not a technological matter. It's a personal security matter.

In any event yours is a legal matter, for which this technical support site can offer literally no advice.

iOS 15.6 up-to-date Never shared private info with anyone, never downloaded illegal or unnecessary app, and never jailbreak. iPhone was originally setup with minimal apps and simple setting. As I have noted above, when this person physically accessed my iPhone (or any other device for that matter), I don't know if there was something installed or was jailbreak without my permission. How many days after I received this iPhone, I was at the house of someone close to me and just noticed that my iPhone was restarting. For some reason, I had a bad feeling and after that is when I started noticing things happening with my iPhone. I am not using the term "hacked" as other seemed to not like it. Instead I am stating a fact that it is being manipulated remotely while I am physically holding it in my hands. I had recorded it previously as it was happening but to my luck, that was deleted on my other device.

Apple provides a lot of options to safeguard your Apple ID: Security and your Apple ID - Apple Support.

Bear in mind: as far as your Apple devices, products and services are concerned, you = your Apple ID. You are one and the same.

As you alluded to, Apple devices are as hack-proof as they come. There are no consumer-grade devices as secure as Apple's. That's why you're ahead of the curve when it comes to thinking or concluding someone or some thing "hacked" its way into your iPhone or your Mac. That simply cannot happen as easily as popular culture might make it appear.

People, on the other hand, are infinitely hackable. By far the most common way of "hacking" into your personal devices is to simply ask for your Apple ID. Or, look over your shoulder as you type your Apple ID and password. Or, use a tiny camera mounted somewhere not easily discovered — the resolution they are capable of is impressive. Apple ID theft is common, and if you don't believe that just take a few minutes and peruse the Apple ID - Apple Community forum.

You are asking for a technological solution for a human problem.

By hack, if you mean remotely controlling or monitoring your device, then...

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.

Be careful when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

Thumb Rules:

  1. Enable  Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device and payment methods
  5. Beware of Phishing

If you do not beleive the above...

There are some people who still believe that the earth is flat and there are others who think no one has ever landed on the moon. What can I do about that?
