Remote access to my phone

Remote access is not possible nor in the installation of spyware. If you believe that your Apple ID is compromised, change the password and enable two-factor authentication at appleid.apple.com. You can also review the devices that access your account at the same site.

No. They haven’t. That’s not possible.

I am aware who is doing this, it’s an ex partner but they have somehow set up remote access. They send messages referencing my emails, my browser history, my Netflix watch history, even conversations I’ve had with people both online and real conversations I’ve had with people so they have remote access to return my iPhone into a listening device. And now I found a thread on apple where this is happening to hundreds of people….. there needs to be more awareness of this and how to resolve it because resetting the phone doesn’t fix it, it doesn’t wipe whatever spyware they are installing. This is so violating

It’s entirely possible that they have access to your Apple ID. You need to change your password, remove any trusted devices that don’t belong to you, and make sure you have 2 factor authentication enabled.

There is no spyware on your devices.
