Remote access to my phone

Someone has set up remote access to my iPhone and my child’s iPhone. I am aware who is doing this, it’s an ex partner but they have somehow set up remote access. They send messages referencing my emails, my browser history, my Netflix watch history, even conversations I’ve had with people both online and real conversations I’ve had with people so they have remote access to return my iPhone into a listening device. And now I found a thread on apple where this is happening to hundreds of people….. there needs to be more awareness of this and how to resolve it because resetting the phone doesn’t fix it, it doesn’t wipe whatever spyware they are installing. This is so violating

iPhone 15, iOS 17

No. They haven’t. That’s not possible.

It’s entirely possible that they have access to your Apple ID. You need to change your password, remove any trusted devices that don’t belong to you, and make sure you have 2 factor authentication enabled.

There is no spyware on your devices.
