iPhone software issues.. phone being controlled remotely-shortcuts, accessibility & Bluetooth beacons

I have seen other posts regarding this topic but they're older and still unresolved so I thought I'd open a new one. Just like my subject insinuates I'm wondering what kind of experiences anyone else may be having with their iPhone being controlled remotely using accessibilities, keyboard and Siri Shortcuts, Bluetooth beacons, Wi-Fi hacking etc. it's gotta be a software issue which interestingly is not a choice when apple asks what this post is about.

I've discovered whomever is responsible has turned every Wi-Fi I hook to into a port so whenever I log into that Wi-Fi I'm actually porting right into their domain. No test I run will tell me what the domain is, it always says unknown. I have 4 years worth of data from iPhones, PC's, laptops and androids... my problem is I don't know what I'm looking at or how it ties into what this person is doing or what they want. All the port tests I run on my phone give me timed out responses except for one app that gave me 6,653 port responses which is how I know he's turned the wifi channels into ports. They were all neatly and personally named so I knew exactly what I was seeing.

I have no idea what response I'm looking for here... maybe a way to kick their *** off my electronics or reverse one of those 6653 ports to get some info on who they are. Any assistance or commiserating is welcome. Thanks.
