since I updated my iPhone 13 pro max to 18.3.2, the search feature isn’t working. I can’t search for apps, through emails, or text messages...but the search bar appears. I have tons of available space. help!?!

It was released 3 days ago. Make sure your device is plugged into power with a good wi-fi internet connection and go to Settings > General > Software Update. If it does not pop up for you to download/install, then restart your iPhone and try again. Update when you will not be needing your phone for a while.
you can do a soft restart on your phone by pressing the louder button once then the lower sound button once and then hold the button that turns your phone of for 10 seconds till your phone goes black when it goes black let go of the button and start up your phone hope that worked :)
So it didnt work?? Then i would recommend going to an apple store or wait for the next update if you dont want to wait you might have to delete your phone and boot it up again so there is a new software then it should work but make sure you have a back up if you delete your phone
