Turn off Apple Pencil tilt controls on Notes App

I hold pencils/pens in an abnormal way, so when I am highlighting PDFs on my IPad with my Apple pencil, the tilt controls make the highlighter tilt from vertical (how you would use a normal highlighter) to horizontal. I want to turn this off so I can hold my pencil any way and have the angle of the tool remain the same. I've tried searching but it seems like only secondary apps like Procreate have the ability to turn this setting off.
