Iphone 13 not supporting any sim

Recently I chaged into an esim as I was travelling abroad, when I came back I was in a rush and made some changes in the sim settings. After that my phone is not supporting any sim (physical/esim). Please see below this is my specific problem,

in settings network >phone not allowed

The phone does not acknowledge the SIM card. Settings> General > About > Network (not available) > “Phone not allowed”

to rectify this issue I even reset my phone (network settings only and then a full factory reset) it’s still the same.

is anybody having a similar issue?
