Hi 👋🏼 I just need help with a SIM card issue so my SIM card isn't working in my iPhone but other phones it does work and I have checked my network provider lock and it says no SIM restrictions so I'm very confused as to why it isn't working I have also been in contact with apple support and they aren't providing me the help to my problems !! Anyone can help please !!

Where did you get the phone?
Has it worked for you with a different SIM or is this your first try to get it working?
If you just got the phone and you purchased it used, AND the SIM works in other phones, AND the message indicates there is no SIM when you put the SIM in, I suggest the most likely cause is that the phone is defective or damaged.
If that’s the case, return it and get your money back.

The phone is damaged/defective.
Please define “not working”.
What IS happening? If you’re getting an error message, what does it say.
Contact the carrier of the SIM and ask.
Ask your carrier for new SIM.

You don’t know the carrier of the SIM ?
It’s usually printed on the card-stock.

vodafone but it’s working in other phones so that’s why I’m thinking it’s a iPhone issue with the iPhone
