Weird titles in voice memo

Hello. I am experiencing an issue. When Look at my recordings in voice memos, all my recordings have weird names. For example a recording i made on 19 march has the title 2024-03-19T01:52:05Z. This is with all my recordings. And weird enough is this only happening on my iphone. On my ipad all the titles are normal. And when I try changing the title, it returns to the weird title. Does anyone know why this happens?? Thank you!
