Unable to change voice memo titles in iPhone

I use voice memos a lot. Suddenly today everything I say has a title I didn’t give it & it won’t go away .

I rarely give my memos names but as an experiment I used Songs for Sad intentionally. But the next 3 memos all have this same title. I did not download it; I don’t know what it is; I don’t know how it got into my phone.

Weird titles in voice memo Hello. I am experiencing an issue. When Look at my recordings in voice memos, all my recordings have weird names. For example a recording i made on 19 march has the title 2024-03-19T01:52:05Z. This is with all my recordings. And weird enough is this only happening on my iphone. On my ipad all the titles are normal. And when I try changing the title, it returns to the weird title. Does anyone know why this happens?? Thank you!

All my voice memo recording titles / file names are gone I've been using iphone voice memo app to do recordings since 2018. I use it occasionally to capture beautiful sounds and document my self-talk in a way like journaling. I have over 1000 voice memos and I renamed majority of them. A few days ago, when I open the app, all the file names turned into date and time codes. For example '2023-12-07T13:19:23Z'. At first I thought it might just be a temporary displaying bug or something. But I reopened the app, waited for a day, and the original file names are still not coming back. All of them just disappeared so suddenly! Someone please help and explain what happened!? It is driving me crazy. These are all precious memories of mine...
