iMessage group photo

In one of my iMessage group chats I keep seeing a message pop up (multiple times a day) that I have changed the group photo, when I have not changed the group photo and it is still the same. And then it will say that this one specific other member changed the group photo also. But no one is changing the group photo. I’ve updated my phone to the new IOS 17.3 but that didn’t solve the problem. Any tips, advice, or help?
