iMessage Group Chat Settings Ghost??

I have noticed in 2 group chats that I am in, I find messages that say I changed the group photo or I removed someone from the conversation but I didn’t make these actions. They are also always happening at times when I am not on my phone. I am using an iPhone 11 running iOS 17.2.1 (latest version).

In this screenshot, there was originally a message in between the 2 removed photo messages saying I changed the photo but it has somehow disappeared??

This one was today, it did change the group photo but it was just changed to the original group photo and not anything random in my photos.

What is going on with my iMessage??

No. I haven’t been able to fix this problem but recently it hasn’t happened so much. It used to happen most days, if not, every day but now it only happens when someone makes a change to the group and I somehow reverse the change.

Just realised that the group photo change that said today at 2:22pm has changed the time. It now says today at 7:33 am (the next day). What is going on?
