Message about group photo being changed by me when I did not

In our family iMessage group, a message always pop up that I have changed the group photo, when I did not. Been going on for a week now. I have ios 17.2.1 and i have restarted my phone a few times, but it’s not going away. and i m

the only one seeing the message, nobody else in the chat does. What is going on? Please fix it. Thanks!

Same. This is still happening to me even with 17.4.1. At this point my friends are seeing that I've "changed the group picture" but it's not giving me the notification. Can someone at Apple please help??

Yeah Apple this happened again last week, and this time around it said another person in the group changed the photo when he did not!! Calling Apple support never helps, waste of time!
