I got my Apple Watch 9 yesterday and updated to 10.2. The double tap feature works, but I can’t customize it because the only option under Gestures in my Settings is Cover to Mute. Where is my customization option?

My double tap feature works ( at least with the applications I have tried it with), but my Gestures setting only lists Cover to Mute, and nothing else.
