hi, I have an iPhone 6. I use voice memos to record song sketches. I have 580 memos going back to 2014. As of today (11-12-23) these have been renamed as date and location. Have tried disabling the date/location tab in settings but even though showing disabled the file makes cannot be renamed.
Are the file names retrievable?

I'm having this same problem, and apparently it's a recurring one (see e.g. Voice Memos iOS Bug: Renaming constantly … - Apple Community). My phone's software is up-to-date at iOS 15.8.1. This bug has persisted through multiple software updates. It's extremely problematic. Apple, please provide a lasting fix and also answer the question above re the retrievability of old file names.
