App Store reviews not posting

I have noticed that almost none of my reviews ever show up or post in the App Store. I'll write a review, follow through the prompts on my phone to submit it, get to the basic "thank you for leaving a review" (or whatever the exact wording is), and then ... nothing. It's just gone from existence and never shows up anywhere.

Apple support (if you can call them that) told me to contact the app developer to ask why any given review didn't post. Might be the dumbest suggestion I've ever heard.

Anyway, what could be going on? Thank you.

Same exact thing has been happening to me with different reviews. Apple’s “help” with me has also been comically beyond useless. Hopefully a random user will stumble upon this and provide help cause im pretty sure apples support has been replaced by kindergarteners.
