Customer Reviews Not Showing

Was wondering if anyone know the reasons why "new" customer reviews are not showing on the app store comment section?

I know it may take up to 24 hours for new reviews to show, but it's been a few days and it's still not showing, and this started happening since June. Any help is greatly appreciated!
