Why did my voice memos all get renamed today?

I had every one with a descriptive name. I added 1 recording and Ehat?!?! every recording’s name was changed to something very technical-sounding. The dates of the recordings look to be the same but I had many grouped by similar titles. The ones I use daily had the word Daily added at the end of the title so I could filter them and could do my daily routine.
