New iphone says delivered.. but it wasn't!
Anyone else have this happen? I ordered the new iphone 15 pro said it would be delivered the next day. Fantastic! ... the next morning I recieve a delivery notification, but there was no delivery. I call apple support and they offer ZERO help. They said it was signed for, they would create a ticket and it would take up to 72 hours to research. Are you kidding me? My current iphone is broken and I need my new one for work. It's unbelievable that they can't see where my phone was DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR?!! Amazon can instantly see where your package is and where it was delivered.
If this happened to you, what was the remedy and how long did it take?
I am offered zero solution from Apple. I have to be out a phone until I hear from someone. It's a holiday weekend so it will be 5 DAYS! OR go to the Apple store and buy another and be out $1,600 for Apple's mistake. This is terrible customer service.
BEWARE when you order from Apple.com..... just don't do it.
