I ordered an Iphone-15 Pro from apple.com; order not delivered. Missing
I have ordered the Iphone-15 Pro White Titanium 128GB from the apple site (Apple.com) on 30th November 2023 it will be delivered on 4th of December 2023. Then on 4th December 2023. I got a normal message on 10:22 AM of 4th December that your package is delivered. Then checked outside the door there was no package then we saw the package shipment tracking site (FedEx) and the status was; delivered at 9:53 AM. Then we contacted to the FedEx customer care they told that; the package is delivered to the locker room. Then we went to the locker room and their was no package delivered even the leasing office confirm that no package is received. Again we contacted to the FedEx customer care they told us they will investigate it but no further actions were taken by them.
Their is no proof of delivered item and even they didn't verified the person before delivering it.
We suspect that the package wasn't delivered and as per the FedEx that it is delivered at locker room but we still didn't found our package at the locker room.
No support from apple they're saying please contact your local law enforcement. I have also filled a complain regarding this but the thing is, it's not my mistake still I am facing all the consequences.
