I didn't receive my iPhone but the apple store says it was delivered.

I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max 256g deep purple on the apple store on November 3. It showed that it could be delivered the same day. That afternoon, it showed delivery at 4:54pm. I didn't sign and I didn't see the delivery person. Five minutes later I went downstairs to check and I didn't see the delivery person or my iPhone. I looked in the package room and mailbox for a long time, but couldn't find it. I also asked the apartment staff and they told me they didn't see anyone delivering. I called apple support on the same day, but I haven't received a reply yet. I hope:
