Built in camera not showing

Since the Sonoma update, I have no built in camera info showing in my Mac mini m1 system report, the monitor I’m using is 27 inch Thunderbolt, all was ok before this.

Have tried all settings in the sections mentioned by Apple, is this a bug or is anyone else getting the same problem.

Dont fancy resetting back with Time Machine etc.

Mac mini, macOS 14.0

Hi there!

Are you using an Apple Thunderbolt Display with your Mac mini?

I'd recommend you review this Apple Support article on troubleshooting the camera: If the built-in camera isn’t working on your Mac - Apple Support.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend you test in safe mode: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support.
