unauthorized airtag tracking

If an airtag has already been paired to another apple id, and is put on your car, will it notify YOU that you are being tracked?

airtag stolen/lost item According to apples information I will receive the location of my airtag if item attached to airtag is lost or stolen. The location is incrypted and not even apple knows location. Next apple says that for your integrety you will be alerted if a airtag not belonging to you is close to you, it even start to make a sound! So either, anyone close to my item will find it, or the thief will be alerted and can discard the airtag. exactly WHAT is the intended use of airtag that does not affect the user negative??

AirTag chirps when moved If i move my AirTag it chirps. Won’t this alert the criminal who have taken my belonging it’s attached to? Yes then what’s the point?

Yes. If any AirTag, AirPods or other Find My network accessory separated from its owner is seen moving with you over time, you'll be notified.
