AirTag chirps when moved
If i move my AirTag it chirps. Won’t this alert the criminal who have taken my belonging it’s attached to? Yes then what’s the point?

That’s what it’s supposed to do if your iPhone is not nearby.
It has nothing to do with criminals. (The criminal will receive an alert on his/her phone too)
It has everything to to to alert unsuspecting individuals that they may be tracked.
