AirPods 2 pro adaptive listening mode missing : Conversation Awareness feature

I took the plunge and updated my phone, MacBook, Pro TV, watch the lot to the latest betas. But I cant see the mode I saw on YouTube when the AirPods will recognise if you are taking to or someone is speaking to you, where it comes out of nose cancellation. The article (on one of the apple review sites) someone mentioned updating the software on the iPods to enable this. Dont know how to do this?

Thank you so much! I just bought the airpods and was confused how to switch on the conversation awareness. You saved me so much troubles!

The person to whom you're replying did not give the correct answer to how to enable Conversation Awareness. It is not necessary to have Headphone accommodations enabled for Conversation Awareness to work. At the time they answered, the feature hadn't even been released. They were discussing an entirely different feature, Conversation Boost.
