I have an airpods 4 and an iphone XS with ios 18.3 and I can't see the option for noise cancelling and transparency. I go through settings and click on my airpods, but it goes straight from the name of the airpods to the call controls option. Is it just not available for my phone version?

The AirPods 4 are available in 2 models: one without noise cancellation, the other with noise cancellation. Are you sure you got the right model?
