I am unable to switch between sound modes on my AirPods Pro 2nd Gen.

after the ios 18 update, i cant change from the noise cancelling to the ambient mode when i press and hold the airpod pro 2 gen, why? Before the update, I just need to hold the AirPod to active and desactive the noise canceling, and now, I need to take the iPhone to change that

In the AirPods settings on the iPhone, you have to select "Noise control" (for left and/or right airpod) and then select all the modes that will be looped through when you press and hold the airpod!

It is not obvious at all that you can select more than one mode.

I had the same issue, I think the iOS 18 upgrade may have reset this setting to only one selection, effectively disabling the feature... !
