Paramount plus won’t load a video. Only get spinning gear on Apple TV and iphone

if it was me then I would disconnect wifi router for 30sec and try again maybe appletv and iphone would get a restart too

if still an issue then I would contact the support of the content provider / app developer

I’m an Apple TV channels customer. Can I stream Paramount+ via the Apple TV app? (paramountplus.com)

OK. I'll try disconnecting wifi router BUT I have all ethernet hard connections. I restarted my router as well. Seems strange as my iPhone also won't load a video (Paramount+) and it's only cell service.

I'll reach out to Paramount as well.

Paramount+ is easily the worst of the various apps/channels we have on our AppleTVs, and we have a bunch. It works on some of our ATVs, not others. Works on my phone sometimes. Completely erratic. But it fails 80% of the time. This is supposed to be entertainment, not work.
