Video not available
Getting Video not available when I try to play shows on Apple TV+. Any tips on how to get past this?

Given you have this issue on a Fire TV device, then we'd recommend taking these steps to try and solve this error with Apple TV+:
- Check for outages for Apple TV+: Apple - Support - System Status
- Test other content within the app: Test other TV shows and movies in the Apple TV+ app. If the issue happens with all other content, proceed to step 3.
- Restart the connected TV.
- Restart the Fire stick: Restart Your Fire TV Device
- Remove the Apple TV app and then add it back again: Uninstall Games & Apps on Your Fire TV
- Check your Apple TV+ subscription to ensure it's active.
If you have an active subscription and these steps don't resolve the issue, then it may be best to partner with Apple Support on a solution: Get Support They'd need to take it from here.
