This issue occurs for all movies and series on TV+. I tried to trouble shoot. Went to Check Video. Internet connected and Connected for Playback immediately were checked. Checking Streaming Video wheel turned for 1 min and then said "Troubleshooting Complete. No problems could be detected."

Several users have reported issues with playback on Fire TV. See the other threads on this subject on this sub-forum. Check if a new firmware/system software is available for your device. That seems to have solved it for the users that have reacted in other treads here.
This just started for me yesterday also. I can't watch anything for more than a minute. I have checked all of the solutions Apple lists and nothing works. I went online and verified my credit card. I ran the connection troubleshooter. I have not changed anything on the router firewall. I have reported to Apple, but think I may ask for a refund of the month's subscription. I am betting many people are experiencing this problem.
On Apple TV Plus, after about a minute, it says "Video not available. There's a problem downloading this video."
