THIS IS RECENT 2024 - 8/04 = I find it unbelievable when you reach out to Apple to inquire about using a Zip single-use credit card, their knowledge seems limited. I have Zip Money and can generate a single-use Visa credit card. On the Zip app, Apple is listed as a purchase option. Selecting a product and proceeding to payment, it auto-fills from my Zip Visa card, which works like a normal card. For a MacBook Pro costing AUD 3059, I could use AUD 2500 from the Zip card, planning to cover the remaining AUD 559 with Apple gift cards. However, there’s uncertainty because Apple stated they don’t accept single-use credit cards, yet this isn't clear on their website. This leaves a concern about being stuck with AUD 559 in Apple gift cards if the Zip payment fails, creating inconvenience and confusion. Very convenient that instead of adding a split payment option between debit cards or other credit cards apple added only Apple gift cards. which gives us the idea that if the credit card fails, apple still gets you stuck with the gift cards you purchased from them, whatever you say apple it will not cut or convince ANYONE. Do not damage your reputation for such little things, IT looks dodge! I DID NOT BUY IN THE END AFRAID OF APPLE OUTCOME IN THE ABOVE MATTER
