Billing address invalid for Apple Pay

Apple pay is telling me my zip code is invalid in Apple Pay. I have deleted and updated my shipping address, restarted my phone, looked up my 5 and 9 digit zip code and tried both and it is still telling me it’s invalid. I have updated the address in all the locations on my phone. Please help.
